The Parliament of Zimbabwe and the Office of the Auditor General received a grant from the African Development Bank to finance a project aimed at strengthening institutions of transparency and accountability.

The main objective of this project is to improve institutional capacity and effectiveness of institutions of public oversight and accountability.

The project will involve consulting services which will be procured competitively by shortlisting of consulting firms using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS), Least Cost Selection (LCS) and shortlisting of individual consultants.

Acquisition of the services of consultants will follow the AfDB's Rules of Procedures for the Use of Consultants. Bidding documents are expected to be available starting from November 2015.

Consultants may obtain further information and are invited to express their interest by contacting the relevant office of the Parliament of Zimbabwe.
