The invitation for tenders is included in a project aiming at the extention of a water treatment plant in Morocco

The Morocco National Office for Electricity and Water Supply intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) towards the cost of strengthening the supply of water in Benguerir and Skhour Rhamna neighbouring the dam Al Massira.

The project is divided in three parts that include the following works:

Part 1: studies
This part includes execution studies, reattachment file, site’s installation and tidying up,

Part 2: tender for conception and realization contract
The tender aims at the realization of the following works:
- construction of the extension of the water treatment plant designed for drinking water flow,
- realisation of ancillary works and equipment of the treatment plant.

Part 3: tender for the achievement of works
The tender aims at the achievement of the following works:
- Installation of an additional group and re-equipment of pumping station,
- layout of the surrounding areas of the treatment plant.

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD is open to firms from any country. 

Tenders must be delivered to the National Office for Electricity and Water Supply on or before November 11, 2015 at 11 AM (local time). Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the opening on November 11, 2015 at 11.15 AM (local time).
